Hosting a QR, in four steps
A card with the guide’s QR code, on the counter or in a spot agreed at installation. It goes up only at step four. The cards for this city are still being prepared: we will reply, but today there is no installation date. Any costs or commitments are set only in the written agreement, before installation.

Site visit
We come to see the place: where the QR is visible and easy to scan.
Agreement
We put in writing who does what, for how long and how it is removed.
Installation
We put up the card and record the date. From that day, anyone who scans it opens perdiqua Lucca.
Your email app opens with an outline to fill in. Writing creates no agreement and does not sign you up for promotional messages.

The rules that apply to everyone: people using the map, businesses hosting a QR, sponsors.
You don't pay to be on the map
A public source may support a factual listing. A message can request a correction or claim; it creates no priority, agreement or marketing consent.
Annual levels are still proposals
They may group tools and services separate from presence. Contents, prices, responsibilities and terms are not approved: you cannot buy anything here. A fee cannot buy judgement, sources or position.
QR hosting
Hosting a QR is a separate relationship. It starts only after a written agreement and checks: a QR or old material doesn't mean you can already hang it up.
Declared sponsorships
A sponsorship is separate and always carries a promotional label. It does not change data, search or map order.
Associations
An association may propose documented information or an initiative. A proposal does not imply collaboration, endorsement or collection of money by RUMBA.
Institutions and local networks
An institution may propose sources, corrections or a working scope. Every relationship needs an explicit agreement: using a public source does not make us a partner.
Optional services from RUMBA
Strategy, content and communication are agreed separately. Being on the map creates no business contact, assignment or marketing consent.
