RFI lists Lucca in its assistance circuit through Sala Blu Firenze. The station page currently asks for requests up to 12 hours before travel and warns that temporary lift outages can change access. Check the live status before leaving.

Lucca’s current rules require holders of a disability permit issued elsewhere, or using a different vehicle, to register the plate before entering the restricted zone. The official rules also describe how to regularise access when the phone service is unavailable.
