How we use your data

RUMBA S.r.l. uses the information you enter to handle your request and reply. Sending this request does not subscribe you to promotional messages.

To recognise retries of the same request within 24 hours, the form stores a code, a content fingerprint and the attempt timestamp in this tab’s session storage. It does not store the form fields there. How long these references actually remain also depends on the browser.

We keep your request and the related correspondence for 180 days after the last actual exchange of messages or, if there has been no exchange, after receiving your request.

Opening or updating the record, taking charge of the request or closing it does not restart this period.

For a pending notification with no attempt to send it, we keep the data for 30 days from when the notification was created.

Data for delivered notifications is kept for 30 days from the first check that records delivery.

Send a report

We use the place, type and note to check the report. A daily network reference limits abuse and duplicates. A report does not automatically change the map.

Maximum 200 characters. Do not include contacts, documents or health data.
