Parking in paid areas
In Livorno, paid areas do not all have the same rules. The Comune distinguishes the shared parking in the ZSC from the areas where the fee applies to everyone, apart from the exceptions indicated.
Read the signs
Before leaving your car, identify the zone and the conditions shown on site, including days and time bands.
Check your entitlement
If you have a pass or fall into a category with concessions, compare the zone with the conditions on the Comune's page. Do not assume that a permit is valid everywhere.
Pay through the channel indicated
Check the payment methods in the source and at the parking meter. Check the number plate, zone and duration before confirming.
