Getting help with digital services
The Punto Digitale Facile helps you use the digital services of the Pubblica Amministrazione (public administration). The Comune's page gives the locations, appointments and what to prepare for assistance.
Identify what you need
Explain whether you need to activate your CIE or need help with an online procedure, so that the staff can tell you what to prepare.
Book through the URP
For the location at the URP, use the booking contacts published on the Comune's page. Also check the other locations available.
Prepare the tools you need
For CIE activation the source requires PIN and PUK; for an online procedure you need your own digital identity. Handle these details only in the context of official assistance.
