Electronic identity card (CIE)
To apply for the electronic identity card (CIE) in Livorno, you book an appointment with the registry services. Prepare the documents that suit the reason for your application.
Book the counter
Open the Comune's CIE page and use the link "Prenotazione servizi anagrafici".
Check what to bring
In the "Cosa serve" section, check the photograph, your previous document and any other attachments. In case of theft or loss, the procedure provides for a report to the authorities (denuncia); for minors there are specific instructions.
Choose where to receive it
The card is produced and sent after you apply. At the counter, say where you want to receive it and keep the receipt with the shipping details.
