Registry certificates and ANPR
For a registry certificate you can start from ANPR. The Comune also points to alternatives for certificates not available on the national portal and for people who go to the counter.
Be clear about what it is for
Before requesting the certificate, check with whoever will receive it which type is needed and how it will be used: for many Pubblica Amministrazione (public administration) procedures, a self-declaration is allowed.
Choose the portal
From the Comune's page, open ANPR for personal or household certificates. For those that are not available there, check the Comune's "Certificati on line" service.
Check stamp duty and alternatives
Follow the instructions on stamp duty (bollo) and exemptions. For requests by email or PEC, wait for the staff's instructions on the amount before paying. For the counter, read the procedures given on the Comune's page.
Still to be checked
- Not all certificates are free or available online. This perdiqua card does not decide whether your intended use qualifies for an exemption.
