Setting up a water supply or putting it in your name
ASA distinguishes a new supply from a change of account holder on a supply that is already active. Identifying the right case avoids starting from the wrong procedure.
Tell the operations apart
If the supply is still active and the account holder changes, read ASA's "Voltura" page. For other situations, start from the menu of ASA contract operations.
Gather the details you need
For the ASA "voltura", the list includes, among other things, the supply code or meter serial number, the applicant's details, proof of your right to the property and the meter reading.
Contact the operator
Use the ASA channels given on ASA's page to start the procedure or book the counter. Hand over documents and details only through the channel you have agreed with the operator.
